Reenst Lesemann

Managing Director, Tall Oaks Capital

Prior to his association with Tall Oaks Capital, Mr. Lesemann ran a series of successful businesses, including a maritime logistics spin-off, TradeSource, Inc., that he created, led and managed. During his career, he has been responsible for all aspects of business management, including strategic planning, marketing and information services. His customers have ranged from Fortune 50 to small businesses in more than 20 countries.

Mr. Lesemann most recently served as CEO for D&R Development in Charlottesville, VA. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Atlantic Services Group, Inc., and its affiliates in Charleston, S.C., including Vice President Operations, and President and CEO for four of Atlantic's logistics subsidiaries.

Mr. Lesemann represents Tall Oaks on the boards of Persystent Software and ScholarOne. He also holds portfolio responsibility for Relativity Technologies and nCircle Network Security, and serves on the Executive Committees and Boards of Directors of testengine.com, the Virginia Piedmont Technology Council and the Virginia Discovery Museum.

Mr. Lesemann graduated from the University of North Carolina with a BA in history (with honors). He also holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business.
