Persystent Technologies Promotes Bill MacDonald to Run Customer Management Program

As Customer Account Manager, MacDonald will oversee all customer interactions, with a focus on ensuring that Persystent Technologies’ customers achieve maximum value from their use of the company’s PC recovery and restoration software – from initial implementation to extended deployment.  In this newly created approach, MacDonald will drive the creation and maintenance of the end-to-end customer experience and satisfaction, develop new service offerings and support resources and will also work to expand the company’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) network across North America.

Prior to Persystent Technologies, MacDonald held sales and marketing leadership positions in dental, industrial, technical and software industries.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and business administration from the University of Scranton with additional technical certifications in A+, Novell, and Microsoft.
